A sculptural point-block (used as a hotel) defines the head of the new mixed-use district. The urban plinth equalizes the site\u2019s height differential of nine metres and accommodates an event centre, the hotel lobby, commercial areas and a circus school. All entrances and accessways to the hotel, residential and service areas are located on the public treetop-level garden that spreads between and below the houses. The first three floors of the townhouses are conceived as multiuse areas.
