Our \u201cUrban Hybrid\u201d sets a significant prelude to the new quarter with its robust building structure. The city block focuses on cooperative living and working and offers flexibly adaptable spaces for this purpose. The active ground floor zone is understood as a space for exchange within the block. A wide range of apartment types, from micro-apartments to studio apartments, is speaking to an urban audience outside traditional family structures and to self-employed people working in cooperative networks \u2013 such as microbusinesses.
