With the name Cotton Residence, the house has now been given its original use as a residential and commercial building. Due to the importance of the building for the urban ensemble (protection zone), special attention was paid to the preservation of the historic fa\u00e7ade as well as to the careful insertion of the roof extension. On the courtyard side the building shows its present appearance with spacious terraces and balconies. By lowering the ceiling above the 4th floor an additional 5th full floor with a generous panoramic view could be created.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Awards:<\/strong> architecture award \u201cgebaut2020\u201d by the City of Vienna, AT \/ db \u00bbRespekt und Perspektive.
