As the lively centre of the neighbourhood, it acts as a threshold between public and private space. Communal facilities are located around the square, and the daycare centre is also accessed from here. Clear, compact building forms enable generous open spaces; their arrangement creates intermediate zones with flowing transitions and buffer areas at the entrances. The adjacent forest, with cycle path and natural play areas, extends the green heart of the development.
