The total possible building mass in the eastern area is divided among several individual houses.<br \/><br \/>Instead of a costly development of a steep slope for relatively little usable living space, we propose a loose mixed forest. In addition to considerable microclimatic and geotechnical advantages, it can be used as a youth playground for the neighbourhood.
