Together with trans_city and the developer FamilienWohnbau, feld72 was able to win the developer’s competition “An der Schanze” (site J and K) in Vienna’s 21st district with the project “Donaufelder Freundschaften”.

Aiming to create a sense of community inside the new neighbourhood, the project offers diverse and varied housing within the five buildings as well as a lively ground floor.
